On the handle side, you can choose from premium materials including G10, carbon fiber, aluminum, and Richlite®, then dial in color, liner, bolster, pivot collar, and backspacer. On the blade, you can select blade steel type and finish; satin, coated, or stonewashed depending on the model. Hardware details including thumb stud, spacers, clip, screws, and AXIS® lock color can all be configured to match. Some models also unlock exclusive materials not available in the standard lineup, so the custom builder is as much a performance upgrade as it is a design tool. From meaningful gifts to one-of-one builds, custom knife engraving adds another layer of personalization through Benchmade’s high-resolution laser-marking process, allowing names, dates, logos, and original artwork to be added directly to the blade or handle.
